Loan and Savings Calculation Software
You can also calculate and display a loan based on a "Desired Payment Amount". Let’s say that you have an existing $250,000 mortgage balance but you would like to see how long it would take to pay off the loan if you increased your payment amount? This program can do just that. You tell the program what the loan balance is, the interest rate and your "Desired Payment Amount" and it will calculate how long it would take for the loan to be paid. See below:

A very simple dialog interface (shown above) results in a complete loan calculation as shown below. Including “Payment Amount”, “Interest Rate”, “Number of Payments” (in months and years) then provides a “Totals” summary. To calculate a standard fixed rate loan, simply enter the loan amount, interest rate and the number of payments (in total months) and Nova Money Pro calculates the payment, the principal paid with each payment, the interest paid with each payment and a running principal balance at each payment. Then displays an amortization schedule that you can print or save as a text file for future reference too!
